Partnerships.

The Deep Truth Project partners with established nonprofits whose work brings them into contact with people affected by deepfakes and synthetic media. We help you address this emerging area without diverting your team from your core mission.

We don't compete with the organisations we work with, we complement them. If you serve older adults, run a scams helpline, teach media literacy, support digital inclusion, or work in online safety, your beneficiaries are already encountering synthetic media. We provide the specialist content, expertise, and delivery capacity to help you respond.

Areas of overlap:

We're particularly keen to collaborate with nonprofits working in:
  • Media and information literacy, where deepfake literacy is a natural extension of existing news, source evaluation, and critical thinking work.
  • Services for older adults, where synthetic media is reshaping the scam and fraud landscape your members are already being warned about.
  • Scams, fraud, and consumer protection, where AI-generated voices, videos, and personas are now central to high-harm cases.
  • Online safety and digital inclusion, where deepfakes intersect with existing concerns about misinformation, image-based abuse, and platform harms.
  • Women's safety and image-based abuse, where non-consensual synthetic intimate imagery is a fast-growing harm.
  • Youth-serving organisations, where young people are both targets and unwitting creators of synthetic content.
